IMPORTANT: Race Day Pickup is at the Shipyards – NOT the Expo
• Thursday and Friday: Packet pickup is at the Runners’ Expo at Mandarin Pointe Shopping Center.
• Saturday (Race Day): If you selected race day pickup, your packet will be at the Jacksonville Shipyards race site near the start line.
Dates & Hours
- Thursday, March 5: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday, March 6: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday Morning (Race Site): 6:30 – 7:45 AM (Out-of-town only • $10 fee paid during registration • No exceptions)
Find Your Bib Number & Pickup Session
When registering for the event, you select a packet pickup time. Each 2-hour pickup session has limited capacity.
Jacksonville Area Participants
If you live in the Jacksonville area (Duval, Clay, St. Johns, or Nassau counties), you must pick up your packet at the Runner’s Expo on Thursday or Friday.
Out-of-Town Participants
Out-of-town runners may pick up packets on race morning, but you must pay the $10 service fee during registration. Out-of-town runners are defined as participants from outside Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties.

Thursday, March 5
- Session 1 (10:00 AM – Noon)
- Session 2 (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
- Session 3 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- Session 4 (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Friday, March 6
- Session 1 (10:00 AM – Noon)
- Session 2 (Noon – 2:00 PM)
- Session 3 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- Session 4 (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Saturday, March 7 (Out-of-Town Runners Only)
To pick up a packet on race day, you must live outside the Jacksonville area (more than 30 miles from downtown) and pay a $10 pickup fee during registration.
Can’t Make it to the Runner’s Expo?
If you are unable to pick up your own packet, someone else may pick it up for you.
- Before the Expo begins: Fill out the Authorization Card, sign it, and give it to the person picking up your packet. They must bring the completed form to the Runner’s Expo.
- If the Expo has already begun: The person picking up your packet will complete an Expo Authorization form onsite and sign confirming they picked it up for you.
Expo/Packet Pickup Parking
General Parking:
All general parking is located in the main shopping center lot surrounding the Expo building.
Enter from San Jose Blvd.
Please follow directional signage and parking attendants upon arrival..
Areas marked with a yellow “X” on the map are NO PARKING zones and must remain clear for open businesses.
Expo Overflow Parking:
Additional parking is available at:
Trinity Mandarin Church
Located just north of the Expo site
Follow posted signage to Expo Overflow Parking.
Use designated church parking areas only.
Please respect church property and follow volunteer directions.
Exhibitor & Volunteer Parking:
Designated Exhibitor & Volunteer Parking areas are marked in pink (E) on the map.
These spaces are reserved and require proper credentials.
Traffic Tips:
Expect increased traffic during peak Expo hours, especially Friday, March 6 between 4pm – 6pm.
Allow extra time for arrival.
Follow police officers and traffic control personnel at San Jose Blvd.
Do not block drive lanes or intersections.
