Runner’s Expo

The Gate River Run Runner’s Expo is one of the premier health and fitness expos in the country. With more than 100 exhibitors, the Expo features the latest in running shoes and apparel, health and wellness services, and other fitness-related products.

Expo Schedule

  • Thursday, March 5: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, March 6: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Packet Pickup Sessions

  • Each Expo day is divided into two-hour packet pickup sessions.
  • Participants select a pickup day and time during registration.
  • Check your confirmation email to verify your selected session.

Session limit: Each two-hour session is limited to 2,000 participants. Please arrive during your selected time.

Packet Pickup for Jacksonville Area Participants

Participants living within 30 miles of Jacksonville must pick up their packet at the Runner’s Expo on Thursday or Friday.

Race-day packet pickup is not available for Jacksonville-area participants.

Can’t Make It to the Runner’s Expo?

If you are unable to pick up your packet in person, someone else may pick it up for you. Participant options are:

  1. Before the Expo: Complete and sign the Packet Pickup Authorization Form and give it to the person picking up your packet.
  2. If the Expo has already started: The person picking up your packet may complete an authorization form onsite. They will need your bib number. A Bib Number Lookup Station will be available at the Expo.

Out-of-Town Participants

Participants living more than 30 miles from downtown Jacksonville may select race-day packet pickup during registration for an additional $10 fee.
