Expo & Packet Pickup Parking
Parking information will be posted after the 2027 Runners’ Expo location and traffic plan are finalized. Information will include general parking, overflow parking if needed, exhibitor and volunteer parking, and recommended arrival routes.

Packet Pickup
The Runners’ Expo will serve as the primary packet pickup location for the Gate River Run. Complete 2027 packet pickup information, including pickup sessions and participant instructions, will be announced once race-week logistics are finalized.
Can’t Make it to the Runners’ Expo?
Information about having another person pick up your race packet, along with the 2027 Packet Pickup Authorization Form, will be available here closer to race week.
