Sleiman Enterprises Runners’ Expo Booth Rentals

Gate River Run has one of the best health and fitness expos in the country. Over 100 exhibits will feature the latest in running shoes and apparel, health services, and other fitness-related products.

Participants

Each day will be divided into two-hour pick up sessions.  There will be a 2,000 visitor limit per session. Participants must select a pick up day and time during registration.  Please check confirmation link to find the session you selected.
Thursday, March 5th – 10 AM until 6 PM
Friday, March 6th – 10 AM until 6:00 PM
Expo Parking

There is a large parking lot onsite at the Expo locatoin and overflow parking across Orange Picker Road at Trinity Mandarin Church.

 Packet Pickup

Jacksonville Area Participants

If you live within 30 miles of the Jacksonville area, you must pick up your packet at the expo on Thursday, March 5th or Friday, March 6th.

Jacksonville area participants can not pick up their packet on race day.

Can’t make it to the Runner’s Expo?

If you are unable to pick up your own packet, your packet may be picked up for you.

  1. Before the Expo begins: Fill out the Authorization Card, sign, and give it to the person who is picking up your packet for you. They will need to bring this to the Runner’s Expo with them.
  2. If the Expo has already begun, the person picking up your packet will go down to the Expo and fill out an Expo Authorization form. They will fill in your information and sign it stating they picked up your packet for you.

Bib Number Assignment:
There is a spot on the Authorization form for you to fill in your Bib Number. You can look this up closer to the race once the race numbers are assigned, or there will be a “Bib Number Look Up” area at the Runner’s Expo.

Out-of-Town Participants

If you live more than 30 miles from downtown Jacksonville,  you can choose to pick up your packet on race morning when registering and pay the $10 fee for day of race pick up
