I registered as non seeded and want to be seeded?

Unfortunately once you register, we do not make changes to your wave start.

I want to bump up seeds because I ran a faster time.

I’m coming from out of town and paid the $10 to pick up my packet, but now I am able to make it to the expo on Thursday or Friday. Can I do that?

Yes, all packets will be available for pickup on Thursday and Friday even if you paid the $10 for Saturday pickup.

I am no longer able to make the race, can I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds.

Can someone else pick up my bib number?

Yes, but they must bring the bib authorization form with them to pick up your bib.

Will there be an a Junior River Run or Brooks Challenge Mile event this year?

Yes! Both events will be held this year.

Can I pick up my bib for the Junior River Run on race day?

Yes you can. Bibs will be available at the tent located near the JR River Run starting line on Gator Bowl Blvd. This is the starting line as the 15K. Bibs will be available starting at 10 AM.

I would like to have a vendor booth at the post race area. How do I go about doing that?

How do you sign up to be a volunteer at Gate River Run?

Is there a time limit for the 15k?

All 15K participants need to be to the Hart Bridge, which is at mile 7.5, by 10:30 AM. This is a 20 minute/mile pace.

Can I transfer my registration?

Registrations are non refundable and non transferrable.
