Want to Volunteer?
We need volunteers and coordinators to help with the following:
- Handing out packets at the expo
- Expo setup and tear-down
- Start and finish line help
- Water stations
- Chip packet stuffing
- 5K Walk for Charity volunteers
- Junior River Run help
- Registration
Expo Help
Volunteers are needed to staff the three-day Runner’s Expo. Each volunteer will receive a free t-shirt. We need approximately 200 volunteers to adequately staff the packet pickup area. Volunteers are asked to work at least a two-hour shift; four-hour shifts are preferred.
Expo Schedule for Volunteers
Wednesday, March 4 — Noon to 6:00 PM
- Unload t-shirts and packets, hang banners and signs, and set up and organize the area.
Thursday, March 5 — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Hand out t-shirts and race packets.
Friday, March 6 — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Hand out t-shirts and race packets.
Saturday, March 7 — 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Hand out t-shirts and race packets, and assist with load-out from noon to 2:00 PM.
